Collecting debts requires professionalism, tact, and an ironclad commitment to corporate rules. At least, that is what Charlie believes. As the self proclaimed top agent at the Come and Collect agency, he sets out to shoot the ultimate employee training video, bringing along his sarcastic cameraman, Bob, to document his genius.
