But then her best friend Brenda (Ella Reese) shows up, wearing a coat and holding a care package: more tissues, plus chocolates, scented candles&#8230; and a note saying there&#8217;s one more thing. Brenda then opens her coat, revealing that she&#8217;s wearing a strap-on dildo!
